TouchCopy is a valuable application that allows total connectivity between our computer and our iPod/iPhone. This application has a simple interface similar to a file explorer, from where we will be able to access our device with total ease.

  You will no longer loose your photographs, songs, playlists and video stored on your iPod, because will TouchCopy you will be able to backup all your files on the hard drive or in iTunes. What's more, you will be able to copy and manage the Notes, Contacts and Calendars. Furthermore, it offers the possibility to play music and video on your iPod through your PC without requiring to use iTunes. To sum up, we can use our iPhone or iPod Touch as if it were an external hard drive.

  When we launch the application, TouchCopy will try to find your device. So you will have to make sure that you have it connected to your PC. If even then you don't detect it, you can try to disconnect it and plug it in again. You will also have to make sure that your iPod and iPhone has “Use as Drive” activated for TouchCopy can detect it.

  Requirements: It works on Windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista. It also requires that you have .NET Framework 2.0 SP1 and iTunes 7 or above. Your iPhone or iPod Touch will have to have one of the following firmware versions is: 1.1.3, 1.1.4, 1.1.5, 2.0, 2.1 or 2.2. You iPhone or iPod Touch will have to have one of the following firmware's installed: iOS4 or 1.1.X, 2.X or 3.X.
